Rooms are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Consequently, we request that you make three choices to insure that your hotel placement will be satisfactory. Typically, teams are successfully placed in their hotel of choice, but in the event that the chosen hotels are at full occupancy, the tournament staff reserves the right to place your team in an alternative hotel. Please note, all the hotels have a two night minimum stay policy.

Credit Cards, room upgrades, room cancellations, etc.. can be preformed directly with the hotel upon receipt of your tournament guide which will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to the tournament event.

Your hotel confirmation will be sent 30 days prior to the tournament event with our Tournament Guide. Future changes to your hotel requirements should be held until you receive your Guide, after which you will be instructed to contact the hotel directly. Until then, please send all hotel inquiries to Bob Harrington. Print the confirmation page that appears immediately after you click the Submit Registration Button, as this will act as your only proof of submission. Thank you.
