Typically, teams are successfully placed in their hotel of choice, but in the event that the chosen hotels are at full occupancy, the tournament staff reserves the right to place your team in an alternative hotel from the list provided.

Future changes to your hotel requirements should be held until you receive your guide, after which you will be instructed to contract the hotel directly.
